Reexport when the supplier and buyer are from the European Union

From the point of view of regulations on foreign trade operations, we remind you that Article 39 point 1) of the Law on Foreign Trade Operations stipulates that a domestic person does not have to import goods to another country, to customs duties directly on the basis of the contract or to customs duties directly in accordance with the contract to another country or customs territory.

We believe that the aforementioned regulation is applicable in a situation where a domestic person buys goods from a foreign person from Belgium, and then the domestic person, as the owner of the goods, sells the same to a foreign person from Croatia.

The goods were not imported into the territory of Serbia.
